<p>Same thing here. Is there anyone that didn’t get a semifinalist email and checked the online application status to be sure? I feel like the only way to see if this was a mistake would be to see if there was someone who wasn’t a semifinalist and only got this latest e-mail notifying them of this.</p>

<p>Same thing just happened to me too. The Review my Status link still shows me as a semi-finalist because it has the list of items needed. I’m sure it’s just a glitch in their system. If enough people call/email, then they should send something out saying its a mistake.</p>

<p>Obviously there’s a glitch but I don’t think ALL of us are semifinalists. Even if it says semifinalist online, it might be a system thing. I doubt every single person posting here is a semifinalist. It makes me mad that they’re messing up like this.</p>
<p>Yeah, I do think it is weird how many of us are semi-finalists and how few didn’t get the first e-mail.</p>

<p>Okay, so I got the second e-mail and not the first one (the “you’re not a semi-finalist”, but never the “you are a semi-finalist”), but when I log in to the “Review my Status” page, I get this message:</p>
<p>“Semifinalists must provide supporting documents (transcripts, etc.) for receipt by March 8, 2011, at the Iowa City address. The notification email to semifinalists contained additional details. As the supplemental documentation is checked in, the appropriate boxes will be checked below.”</p>

<p>Same thing here. I’ve already worked to get my things in order after yesterday’s email. Then this word came tonight. I also submitted a note on the “contact us” page.</p>
