Same day finals

I know it is suggested you don't do it.. but I wanted to take 4 classes and all my actual choices filled up (2nd passes are practically useless) So: Econ 1, Mgmt 1, Philos 6, GE Clst Env

Econ 1 and Mgmt 1 have same day finals, half an hour apart, did anyone do something like it before?? Is it completely impossible??

Yeah, I once did it my first quarter. Did mediocre on both finals. =\

I’ve known people who have gone through 3 finals in one day and somehow they’re still in good shape. They’re much better at this school thingy than me obviously. It just depends on what kind of student you are. If you have good self-discipline, and great study habits (ie, spread out studying), you should be fine. Otherwise… yea…

I’ve had two finals back to back. It’s not ideal, but it’s not impossible either. It’s organizing your studying that’s the real challenge, but even that shouldn’t be that bad if you’re used to preparing well in advance.

i had two finals back to back and got an A on one and a B- on the other…prioritizing doesn’t work well with procrastination.

Get your studying for at least one final done at least 48 hours in advance. Trying to cram for both in one night is impossible.

Shouldn’t be bad.
Econ1 with Sproul is pretty simple and straightforward, just know the graphs and what he will tell you for a review.
I took Mgmt 1a with Litt, not Gardener, but I found it to be quite simple and straightforward, assuming you familiarize yourself with proper form/notation

@blinks09 I heard that Mgmt with Litt is harder than with Gardener… ??

Thanks for all your input… somewhat encouraged me to take the classes :)

Well, Tuesday I start on my 5 finals in 4 days… It shouldn’t be too bad. 2 in a day is fine (from personal experience).

I’ve had double finals three times. It’s not a big deal.
