Yes, there have been decisions for many majors in the Arts and Letters. I do not know if they will be sending any more acceptances but they have not sent out any denials yet.

My son got waitlisted (aerospace engineering)
He is waitlisted at UC Irvine, UC Davis, San Diego state
He is admitted to UCSC, UCM , CSULB
