<p>I'd like to hear opinions regarding San Diego State University vs. University of Arizona (Eller College) for an undergraduate accounting and/or finance major.</p>
<p>I know that Eller College at University of Arizona appears in national rankings, while San Diego State University generally does not.</p>
<p>How important are these rankings in terms of recruitment, internships, hiring, advancement, grad schools, etc? I am interested in what the reputation of the business school means for accounting/finance majors at U of A and SDSU specifically.</p>

<p>as far as accounting, Univ Ariz is top 25. SDSU is nowhere near that. Rankings dont mean much, but reputation does, and Univ Ariz definitely has the upper hand</p>

<p>Actually I’m in high school lol but I’ve done alot of reading and research about colleges I’m interested in (like Arizona) and have received alot of excellent advice from other members of this site.</p>

<p>I’ve heard sdsu does a good job of getting internships for local businesses. While Arizona gets more rep nationally, would sdsu give more opportunities since it’s in the middle of a city with more businesses?</p>
