Did anyone check the “Financial Aid Preliminary Eligibility” and also submitted FAFSA? I should have money from Federal Pell Grant and some other aid because I have an EFC=0 (I got 12k from UC’S), however the only grant that shows up is the “Grants and scholarships from your school” for around 6k. However, I noticed that my estimated cost of attendance is all $0. Does that mean I get a full ride and therefore don’t get federal/state grants?
@VRSanctum I noticed mine had the same, but my parents are expected to contribute according to FAFSA, but on my FA package is shows cost of attendance as $0 and $0 for grants…I’m just as confused hahaha
My results still hasn’t come On Feb 27th, they said it would take about 3-4 weeks. do you guys have any idea when will it come?
@VRSanctum @aperollll I noticed the same! I am so confused, could it just be that they haven’t updated it?
So, I got accepted to San Jose State with a major in journalism. However, now I want to change my major to psychology. The packet they sent me gave me a link to change my major sjsu.edu/advising/changeofmajor. However, it looks like for students who are already attending San Jose. Is there a way for me to change it before classes start? I just really want to major in psychology and I don’t want to be stuck with a journalism major.

My D2 has committed to another school. I tried to withdraw her acceptance but couldn’t find a way to do so. We looked over the acceptance letter and there’s just info. about enrolling (I just perused it quickly so maybe I missed a critical sentence or two . . . ). At any rate, her admission will automatically be withdrawn on May 1 but she’d like to be able to open up a spot for someone now so if there’s a way to easily decline can someone please let me know!
Thanks and best of luck to everyone!

I still havent gotten my decision, is there something wrong?
@donutkiller: Call or email admissions with a friendly inquiry of when you should be expecting a decision and if there is anything missing from your application.
Hey so were any other Graphic Design majors that went to Admitted Spartans Day, disappointed at the lack of a presentation?
Update: I was accepted off the waitlist yesterday to UCSC! Submitted an appeal while on the waitlist since my GPA improved my senior year.

Will be attending UCSC; CSUMB also has an excellent Computer Science program. However I am interested in combining my degree with a minor in computer engineering/robotics which UCSC offers.
