SAT+GPA Stress, Any Advice Greatly Appreciated!!

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to CC, and it would be really helpful if someone could help ease my college tension haha. I currently am a junior at a public high school in California, and I guess that I'm just kind of worried about the year so far.
I have already taken the SAT twice, and I am unsure whether to take it again to get above 2100 (hopefully):

October 2014: 2020
-CR: 680
-M: 690
-W: 650 (E=9)

December 2014: 2070
-CR: 680
-M: 650
-W: 740 (E=10)

I also have a 3.88 UW GPA and 4.04 W GPA which includes only freshman and sophomore year.
Freshman:
English AA
Biology: AA
History:AA
Honors Geometry: BB
PE: AA
Art: AA
Spanish 2: AA

Sophomore:
English: AA
Chemistry:AA
AP Euro: BA
Alg2/Trig: AA
PE: AA
Art: AA
Spanish 3: AA

Junior: (Current)
English Honors: B
AP Biology: A
US History: A
Precalculus:A
AP Psychology: A
Art 3 Honors: A
Spanish 4 Honors: A
I have a lot of EC's, and by the end of this year I'm hoping to have ~600 hours of community service/volunteer work.

SO THE MAIN QUESTION IS:
Could you all tell me whether I'm headed on the right track to attend a UC? (UCLA, UCB, UCD, UCI, UCSB, UCSD) and if I should retake the SAT? Thank you all so much, any advice is welcome!!

***I intend to be a bio/neurobio major and want to go into pre-med if that changes things

If I were you I would try to get my weighted up as it shows there’s not a lot of class rigor.

Thank you so much! My school doesn’t offer any weighted classes except for honors geometry and ap euro for freshmen and sophomores, but I definitely will bump up my rigor for senior year!
