My main tip is to find a good study book and start early. I underestimated the volume of content and didn’t have time.
I looked through my library’s copies of No Bull Review, Princeton Review, and Barron’s for US History, and I found that after taking real practice tests and looking through these books if any had the answers to the question, surprisingly I found that none of these did, but Crash Course AP US History helped me the most. In fact, just two days ago I crammed all of Crash Course (Im a senior so i took apush last year) and feel confident that I did well yesterday. Some of the Crash Course book was worded EXACTLY like the questions in the releashed SAT USH test in the big blue book. Crash Course is def. def. the way to go ON TOP of your APUSH curriculum. Def. recommend to take the USH SAT during May as lot of people from my school got 800s then because they took the AP exam that same week so all the content was fresh in their heads. Kill two birds with one stone. https://www.amazon.com/U-S-History-Crash-Course-REA/dp/0738608130
