i'm aware my scores are terrible (first time, too). it's very discouraging. i wish i had opened a book and took the time to study. i'm a junior with a 4.0 gpa, taking an ap class, and i get a's and b's.

i've struggled with math forever. i knew it would bite me in the end. i skipped a lot of questions, mostly free response. i'm surprised i did poorly on cr. anyway i want to know if it's realistically possible to improve by 300 points? any success stories? anything helps. i appreciate it greatly.

books i have: gruber's complete sat, barrons, used blue book, dr. chung (it's just idek if i can motivate myself. school was always distracting me the first time i took it. i actually have time right now to set myself down. mentally, everything sucks)

i have less than a month to prepare. all this information is so overwhelming. i'm just so disappointed with myself. i will continue to apply for future test dates until i'm satisfied with my score (hopefully score choice will prove useful). i also plan to take the act. last time i took the practice act, i scored a 21. it's very depressing as you can see. the colleges i want to attend are very selective (1800-1900 at the least). i'm not a genius or have any athletic abilities, so i'm pretty much screwed. i can't afford any tutors/sat prep courses also.
