SAT in January for a Senior?

Guys, I am a senior and debating whether or not to take the SAT for the 3rd time, in January. I'm wondering whether it will serve any purpose or not.

On one hand I feel almost certain that I can pull off a 2200 if I take it this time. Here's what I got on previous attempts

May - 540 CR 730 M 590 W (1860)
October - 640 CR 690 M 680 W (2010)

Overall a superscore of 2050 which is decent but I'm not quite satisfied with it, since I made so much silly and easily avoidable mistakes on these, especially on the October one and if I can work on improving these I'm pretty certain I can get at least a 700 CR 800 M and 700 W.

BUT on the other hand, will doing this serve any purpose? Will colleges accept this score? I'm a senior and applying to the following schools:

UChicago
Cornell
Vanderbilt
UVirginia
Lafayette C
URochester
Boston U
Syracuse U

I also don't live in the US so taking the SAT is quite costly for me (94 dollars). Tell me what you guys think. Does a 2200 rather than a 2050 make a substantial difference on your college app?

I would say that turning a 2050 into a 2200 is like removing an eyesore from your application. I can’t say if it’s make or break, but 2050 might get some concerned looks from admissions people, whereas 2200 really shouldn’t.
