SAT Practice Test mistake??????

I took one of the Sparknotes practice tests for the Math Level 2 SAT, and I am really confused by the answer they gave. After spending lots of time trying (and failing) at understanding the answer and explaination given on the answer key, I came to the conclusion that either the answer key is wrong or I am becoming insanse. Take a look at the question:

A portion of the graph of y = f(x) is shown below. Assuming the graph continues in the pattern shown, what is the range of f?

(A) Real numbers
(B) Real numbers, such that f(x) is not equal to 0
(C) Real numbers, excluding integers
(D) Real numbers, such that f(x) > 0
(E) Integers

[/quote]

The answer key says "E" (Integers) is the correct answer, but how can that possibly be the correct answer? The graph contains line segments, which MUST contain non-integer numbers. If the graph only contained integers, it would be a series of points--NOT line segments!

Can someone give me a second opinion?

Nevermind, I misread the question. I answered the question to “What is the DOMAIN of the function” when it was asking “What is the RANGE of the function.”

I apologize for my stupidity.
