SAT Problem

Well I didnt have a passport and I applied yesterday. I have my SAT on june 2nd. I might get my passport before it and in India they wont accept anything else other than a passport for identity proof.

If by chance I dont get my passport. Can I give my SAT in October and SAT II on 1st November and still apply EA at Stanford?!

Thanks

You can take the SAT in October and still apply EA but the November Sat IIs will be too late. Note, Stanford actually does not require SAT IIs although it highly recommends them and most submit them and thus it is likely you will have some disadvantage if you don't, although you would still be reviewed and considered for admission without them.

oh damn..... i am in a fix now...

Don't worry about it. SAT II in November is fine I believe. I mean, they'll receive the data two weeks later, meaning they still have plenty of time to rate your application. Just make sure that they know you're taking it in November. There's a part of the application where you can list that.

In addition try speaking to the test center. Even though they might state that a passport is required on their website/CB's website; often all they need is a photo ID (like a school ID card with your picture on it, that sort of thing)

Well it is stated on CC too k_twin that south asian countries require a passport no other identification would do
