SAT Reasoning. Retake?

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I know these threads are always annoying, and I am also fully aware that my recs, essay, and ECs are significant in an application, but am wondering whether or not to retake</p>

<p>730 CR.</p>

<p>Don't colleges think critical reading is very (if not the most) important? That's what I am mostly concerned about. (Shooting for Ivy type schools)</p>

<p>If I take again, math and writing (both in the high 700s) will most likely fluctuate. Would that hurt me? Thoughts? </p>

<p>in the past I’ve been doing really well (got an 800 once) but obviously I slip up when there’s a passage that’s harder to understand</p>
