sat retake questionz plz answer

<p>if i retake a 2310 would i look like a study freak. cuz i didn't study for the SAT this time and think i can do better if i actually study. but i also heard that if u take it a bunch of times u look like someone who studies alot and works really hard in skool</p>

<p>lets say i improved a lot and got a 2400. hypothetically.</p>

<p>i don't want to seem like a study freak because my grades suck. and it would be bad to look like a study freak with horrible grades.</p>

<p>Uhh, you might want to look like a study freak on your applications. It means you're motivated. </p>

<p>I doubt it's worth it to retake a 2310.</p>

<p>A 2310 is good enough for any college in the USA for admission. To get scholarships a 2310 should be fine, but there might be situations where a 2350 or a 2400 are more desirable (can't think of a whole lot though). Studying for a retake would probably cause an increase in scores after being more familiar with the test, but I can't see it going up by enough for it to be worth your time.</p>

<p>I have a feeling that your grades aren't as horrible as you say they are (people on CC tend to have pretty high standards), but if they truly are that horrible then you won't get into any schools where it would matter if you got a higher score.</p>
