if i retake a 2310. cuz i didn't study for the SAT this time and think i can do better if i actually study. but i also heard that if u take it a bunch of times u look like someone who studies alot and works really hard in skool

lets say i improved a lot and got a 2400. hypothetically.

because i dont want to look like a study freak since my grades suck, and obviously it would look kinda bad if i came across as a study freak with bad grades

If you truly think that you can improve your SAT score after studying, then go for it!

Dude, If you think you can do it and not hurt any E.C. involvement or GPA, I would say to go for it! Most people would be lucky to be in your postion; I know I would.

dont do it

once you get that high, the element of luck is maximized and the benefits of studying are minimized

seriously, i got a 2330 and believe that NOT studying for basic writing interpretation and middle-school math helped me get a better score than if i were muddled with confounding speed techniques or deadening drills

you'll just be kicking yourself when you get like a 2320 (or myabe even 2310 :) ) because you misread a question, had a bad day, or misbubbled an answer.
