So I just found out that CB is closed until 27th and reopen on 28th, meaning my score report orders, which were placed on 20th, may not be fulfilled til 12/31 or 1/1.

Do they still look at your app and consider you as an applicant if you havent had your scores reported by the deadline?
Would it put me in a disadvantage among other applicants if my scores are sent late?

What colleges:vast majority merely require that you order scores sent regular delivery by app deadline not that they arrive by that date (in fact many even take Jan tests); however, there are a small number that want all supporting documents including scores in their hands by app deadline.

Yeah I ordered it before all the deadlines but my orders are still pending. I thought the date on which collegeboard send the scores was what matters…

Among the colleges I am applying to, Amherst, Yale, UPenn, Cornell, etc. are those who require the test reports by either 12/31 or 1/1.

For all four of those scores can arrive after app deadline (in fact all four of those will accept Jan tests). Can’t speak to your “etc.” but if you mean ivies or MIT, all accept scores after deadline and all accept Jan test scores. If you mean Stanford it accepts through the December test which can arrive after the deadline. In fact if you mean any school in top 25 from USNews national universities list, all accept at least through Dec tests and they can arrive after deadline date.

Where do you get that Vandy does not have electronic delivery; that seems strange for any higher ranked university nut I am not sure In any event, for Vandy scores can arrive after deadline, you can send now regular delivery and you will not really be “behind” in the consideration pile. In January, it will be mostly reviewing and deciding ED II applications and will not really be doing regulars.
