I scored a 700 is SAT Physics and 730 is SAT Math 2. I know these scores aren't really bad/good, but are the good enough for Cornell and Brown?

They are on a low side for Ivy League. May be OK if the rest of your app. is outstanding and your cr + Math is high, Cornell doesn’t look at writing. Also, it depends on what college in Cornell you are applying to. Good luck to you.

Those scores are not going to hurt your chances at all at Cornell.

For engineering, It isn’t great because most applicants have 760+s. But if the rest of your app is good, it’ll probably not matter much. If it’s another college, it might not even matter at all.

If your HS math and physics grades are higher than your corresponding SAT subject scores, your HS might be perceived having grade inflation.
