**SAT Subject Test- US History- 2015-16**

I’m taking in June. I’ve only started studying since yesterday…Been just reading through the Kaplan book but its diagnostic test destroyed me…i don’t know how realistic that one was though.

Has anyone received may test results yet?

Decently easy. Didn’t take APUSH, only honors freshmen year. But taking AP gov and Ap Econ this year definitely helped. The spark notes summary for this test was absolutely awesome, fully recommend it. Don’t even need a prep book

I just took the June one. Much easier than i expected but then again, i wasn’t doing well on the practice tests. I’ll predict 770+

How was the test

Was 25 abstract expressionalism or film nior

Also what about Truman and General MacArthur?

@jcollege72

I said abstract expressionalism, not sure tho

What was the question about trumen/mcarthur? i only vaguely remember it

It asked which of the following did not lead to the tensions between Truman and General MacArthur. Also did you got a lot of triplets? I got 5 sets throughout the test of the same letter in a row.

I thought that number 25 was jazz. I just googled “original art form US” and jazz prominently came up, so I’m pretty sure that’s the right answer

I got a lot of triplets too. I don’t remember if it was five, but there were definitely more than 3.

What as the answer to 23 and 24? The ones with the immigrant graph…

I got no triplets :frowning:

Were there any other difficult questions? I’m having trouble remembering. I was iffy on quite a few, but felt great after the APUSH test.

I put jazz as well but I wasn’t sure. I had no idea about the truman one though. I put that MacArthur suggested to putting UN base in Japan but i honestly just guessed. The other choices i considered was MacArthur getting Chinese nationalists to invade China with them. One other answer choice was about military being subordinated under a civillian.

Did you have more than one triplet in the last column?

Which writer was MLK influenced by?

Henry David Thoreau

@jcollege72 thank the lord I almost guessed Emerson instead

Actually I just looked it up and I think it’s ralph waldo emerson (which is my answer)

Edit: seems like both of them influenced mlk, idek!

Anyone else remember other questions?
