SAT2 physics

I know calculators aren't permitted. I have never taken a physics course, mainly because my school is a new early college school and doesnt even have AP
I brought the kaplan physics satII book (i heard later kaplan is apparently... not good for test preparations...?)

I will be taking it in 2 months and I was wondering is there any particular materials that helped the people who scored in 750+

Oh, i havent mentioned our school doesnt offer the physics course either

Yeah, Kaplan is not a really good book. As I mentioned in my thread, I get perfect scores on Kaplan but struggle with Princeton Review. It also misses some parts such as contemporary physics (superconductors, astrophysics, general relativity, etc.). I think the best, then, is to learn from Princeton Review. Also learn from online. I personally learned a lot from SparkNotes and the YouTube channel Brightstorm (the guy is a little bit of a psycho, but he can teach well!). I also bought a Physics B book for extra practice, but surprisingly Barron’s REALLY sucks for physics (it’s good for any other AP, though).
I’ve been studying for a couple of months now… It’s a lot to cram if you want to get an 800, and some things don’t really make sense. However, since you’re aiming for a 750+, it shouldn’t be too bad. Know your kinematics/dynamics/and in fact all of mechanics WELL. Then E/M would be good to learn, and the rest you can get a general idea of. But some things make absolutely no sense so don’t even bother.

I recommend barron because it is very comprehensive. and there is a lot of practice. physics is all about practice
