Schedule problem

<p>I wanted to take AP Chemistry next year, skipping our prerequisite called Chemistry 2 Honors, instead of Physics Honors. The reason was to have already-known Chemistry Honors fresh in my mind for next year, and so I could do the combo junior year of Physics H and AP Physics B. Also, I made it into our Fine Arts Center, so I take classes there for half the day.</p>

<p>My guidance counselor had been working with me to override Physics with AP Chem, but then today she had a complete change of mind, saying that I should've done this earlier, even though just last week we were working on this. What should I do? Do I somehow convince my GC to help or just not take it next year?</p>

<p>Alright, but the schedules have already been taken, so I don’t know how it would work. Also, I need a teacher’s recommendation, but my Chemistry 1 teacher might not see fit that I skip another class to get to it (our school isn’t very rigorous, so it’s usually only seniors that take AP Chem, and I’ve already skipped another class to get to Chemistry but I didn’t have much trouble at all).</p>
