Schedule tough enough?

My Williams app has been in for about a month now and the anxiety is setting in :P. I'm mainly worried that my schedule might look as if i'm slacking off second semester.

1st Semester
1. Gov and Econ
2. Theology 12
3.-5. Traveled to the University for Math and English
6. Independent study AP Human Geography
7. Finance (required)
8. Debate

2nd Semester
1. Gov and Econ
2. Theology 12
3.-5. Study Halls, but i'm self studying for AP Gov and both AP Econ tests
6.-8. rest is the same

Will Williams only see my three consecutive study halls or will they realize that I'm studying for four AP tests? Will my schedule hurt my chances?

btw i've taken 7 AP tests already and completely maxed out the AP options at my hs.

You'll be fine as long as you explicitly said what the Study Hall time was for. Also, you're from Utah. That can only work in your favor.

Should i just email admissions and tell them? Dont they get annoyed with kids just bombarding them with mail?

You should call instead of emailing--if you have any more questions you can just ask right on the spot instead of writing another email.

This is important information which the admissions staff should have, not useless fluff. Therefore, it should be okay for you to add a note to your file.

Send a letter, BRIEFLY explaining what you're doing with your Study Hall time and that you have maxed out the AP options at your school. Two paragraphs, tops. Remember to include your birthdate and social security number so that the letter makes it to the correct file.

Don't e-mail as someone will just have to do a print-out, etc. More steps in the process just means that the information might not make it into your file.
