I guess some scholarships still may be trickling out. My daughter received the Maroon National Scholarship in the mail today.

^ That’s good news! I figured all the scholarships had been given out by now.

DS received scholarship notification in the mail yesterday. We are in the Chicago area.

It’s excellent to hear that scholarships are still getting released!

Congratulations to your son!

DS received the Gold National Scholarship today, we are OOS.

What happens if the tracker says I have recieved more scholarship money than it would cost to attend?

Oops, never mind. I was looking at the estimated cost for the 2012-2013 school year.

For those of you who have received scholarships, does it still say “Step 3” when you check your financial aid online? I’m trying to figure out if it is still possible I will get something other than the loans that are listed.

My daughter is still shown at Step 3.

Interesting, I just read on the U of M website that financial aid status is held at step three until they determine the cost of attendance for the next school year. Looks like I’m out of luck as far as free money goes.

@WillyD123 - You may just want to call Admissions and ask the question. They’ll get you in touch with those who know. My daughter’s cost of attendance is listed on her “Shopping Sheet.”
