The best scholarships are awarded by the colleges that accept you.
Impossible to give you even a teenie suggestion based on the information you provided…as scholarships are based on merit…GPA, SAT or ACT scores.

You are a senior NOW, I sure hope you apples to some affordable schools. You are OOS for the Virginia Schools. And getting scholarships at those…or Tufts…very very competitive.
ETA again…you also applied to UNC CH…instate. Good idea. And George Washington?
Do you NEED financial aid to attend the OOS schools? Or can your parents pay the full costs?
