Last year was 6K for in-state per year for Bloomington. The Direct Admit criteria met the scholarship threshold.

8K per year + $2500 for travel abroad stipend at Indianapolis. The scholarships are through the Honors college but meet Direct admit as well.

Max. out of state last year just upon admittance was $11,000 Deans Scholarship…plus $6000 from Hutton. Then there are all of the additional SSA scholarships. My feeling is that for the best and brightest IU offers just enough to be competitive with other comparable schools… at least in IL. Pretty smart about that. They do a good job of pulling many of the Illinois Scholars away from U of I by making it alittle less money to attend IU. Not sure about your state? The campus is gorgeous and Kelley is top notch so it made the decision easy!
