<p>S received a letter offering him a Chancellor's Scholarship today ($16k/year)! He has already received an Army ROTC scholarship for Chapman which will cover full tuition & fees, so he can't use the Chancellor's scholarship, but still, it was very exciting to receive it. He did call to see if it could apply to room & board. It can't; oh, well. :-)</p>
