<p>I think RIT is his first choice (he is kind of closed mouth about it).</p>
<p>He is waiting to hear from RPI and Northeastern, but so far it is between Drexel, RIT, and WPI.</p>
<p>But, he has visited RIT three times and it seems like that is the school he talks about the most. He loves the facilities at the Computer Science college.</p>
<p>He knows about the lousy weather and lack of girls. However, he has two aunts who live nearby and one of his cousins goes to a nearby college.</p>
<p>I hope you get into Vandy, but what about other schools (RIT vs. Case Western), etc.?</p>
<p>I'm not holding my breath for Vandy; its too darn hard to get in even with perfect scores.</p>
<p>I did get into GaTech and if the numbers work, I'd go there and be happy. </p>
<p>A friend of my parents went to Rochester years ago and is a medical technologist at the Cleveland clinic. She raves about the school and says she got a solid, quality education there that prepared her well for work. There are also several kids from my school. Last year a NM finalist chose RIT. One of my best friends is also going this year after applying ED. From what I understand, he got a very nice financial aid package. However, I could not ask too many details about exactly what the package consisted of; loans, grants, etc. Suffice it to say, he is happy and going.</p>
<p>I am an international undergraduate admitted student of UC. I got an email and an acceptance letter from them(it came by express mail) stating that i have been offered admission and scholarship worth $12000/year. I did not get any sticker though.</p>
