School Forms?

I am an American living overseas and have no idea about the "School Forms". What are they, who fills them out and how do I submit them.

And another question. Do I send my transcript, fee waivers and recommendations all in the same envelope?

Thanks

Bump, guys! I only have a couple of days till school’s out.

Are you doing common app?

The secondary school form is by your Counselor (class advisor in secondary school) They can either do it online or by paper (Go to school forms on your common app account and set everything up if your doing it offline, print out the forms for them to fill out and then mail it to the schools). Teacher recommendations are by your teachers (you choose). Same thing. These letters are to help the schools learn more about you from a different perspective

If they arent gonna do it online, send them the email and then they have to say “ill be doing it offline” through the website. Then they can fill these forms out either way. For more help look at the common app help site

What if your school doesn’t have a CEEB code?

on the electronic app theres a choice after you search for your school “did not find my school” at the bottom of the search engine

if on paper you write 0000

^ Pretty sure this is how you do it

Oh, thanks.
