<p>I don't get it. Do you get your counselor to fill out the "Additional general ratings" at the end? How is your counselor supposed to know your "warmth of personality"? And if you get a different "school official" (like a teacher) to do it, then isn't that the same as the teacher evaluation forms on the common application?</p>

I think it's implied that it shouldn't be another teacher. If you're friendly with your principal or another administrator, they could probably fill it out too.
