I dance 7 days a week, for a total of 14 hrs/week. I also do tech for theater, which is a lot of weight lifting (right now I'm actually lifting weights because I swore to my director I could move a hundred pound set piece by March).

I can't eat most processed food (I'm allergic to corn syrup), and my mom has decided to stop eating in the industrial food chain anyways (although I will have frosted mini wheats occasionally and fast food once a month), so we mostly have what she cooks/fruit and vegetables.

I always eat breakfast, which is usually toast and coffee that I grab as I leave the house. Sometimes I have a snack of fruit around 10 AM, and then I sometimes eat lunch at 12, usually leftovers from dinner the night before (This week I had risotto one day, pizza another, pasta another). I always have a diet coke from 1-3, and I might have vegetables or chips in my afternoon classes. I come home and eat leftovers, then I go to dance, and depending on when I get home, eat some of what my mom made for dinner (depending on whether or not I ate at lunch). Then I have earl grey tea at 10 PM while I do my physics homework.

Ew. I eat a lot.
[/quote]
Lmfao. You call that a lot? That's like 1/5 of one of my meals...

God, you guys are intense. I never work out (except during tennis season) and eat whatever I want. All the time. When I hit 30 and my metabolism slows down, I'm gonna be freakin obese. But I'm gonna milk this while I can. :)

I run/dance/walk every other day when I get sick of doing hw..or I'm procrastinating.
So I do some of my hw, exercise, do some more hw so it's not hard to fit it in since it usually takes 30-45 minutes.

And I eat like every 3-4 hours. Keeps your metabolism up. Not like huge meals or anything, just an apple every now and then or some crackers and then small meals...so I'm always eating..just smaller portions each time!

I play field hockey in fall, which is three hours of practice every day, not to mention an average of two games a week once the season gets going.
I run track in winter and spring, and that is also three hours of practice every day, but unlike field hockey, it's intense working out. There are meets basically every Saturday, as well.

Aside from that, I don't really do much other exercise, unless its a pickup soccer game with my friends or whatever, and I eat whatever I want.

Yeah, I either eat lunch or dinner, but I eat snacks all day, so if I don't eat lunch, I'll have, like an apple and a Diet coke during lunch time.

Dude, like I said, I'm allergic to corn syrup. That's why I drink diet coke, which uses aspartame as the sweetener, rather than high fructose corn syrup. The lesser evil, for me.

I'm also addicted to caffeine (like most of CC), which means that diet coke is a staple for me, if I want to stay awake and not get migraines.

ah, didnt read you were allergic to corn syrup, i understand. that sucks a lot, im allergic to like, every fruit ever, at least your allergy might keep you healthier
