Schools still accepting applicants?

I have applied to a couple of schools at my current state. Most of them are near where I live. My mom told me positively that I would be a commuter unless I go to a better school. She see no reason to waste money on room and board. I wasn't against that when I first applied. I took her advice and went on some college tours. However, I talked to a college guy I know and he told me that he regretted being a commuter. Being a commuter, you cannot experience the so call "college life". I want to apply to some out of state schools right now. So please suggest anything for me besides Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I also want to go to a good school.

So the question I wanted to ask are:

1) Is there any good schools outside of MA and Rhode Island that is still taking applicants?

I really appreciate this because my happiness over the next four years is going to depend on this. Thanks!!!

Google.

go research, kiddo

What do you mean by “good schools”?

You’re best bet is to just do some research and find schools with rolling admissions. I think those usually accept applications through March. I’m sure schools like this are all around the country, so you should be able to find one in the state of your choice.
Hope you find something, good luck!
