<p>What is "section"?</p>
<p>That’d be your discussion section, identified as “DI” in your registration. If I understand correctly, we’re only attending lectures–“LE”–this week.</p>

<p>discussion section … all lectures are A00, B00, C00, etc. Classes with discussion sections require that you attend the lecture (A00) plus whatever discussion section is assigned (A01, A02, A03, etc).</p>
<p>so if i section tomorrow does that mean i don’t have to go? i got that same email too, but I’m not sure if i need to show up.</p>
