Send in application without letters of rec?

So, originally I was going to apply to a college regular decision, however, I have basically everything together so I was hoping for Early Action. The deadline is Nov. 15th. Two days from now. I have my app all together, buut, I do not have all my letters of recommendation together...I do have one letter but it's not from a teacher, so she just emailed it to me, so I guess I would have to mail it in, so even with that one, the earliest it's going to get to the college is probably like nov 16-17...also, I'm homeschooled, so my mom is going to mail my official transcript over to them, so again, it won't be getting there till the 16th/17th at the earliest. To meet the deadline, do I just have to send in the common app and I will be good? And then mail in my extra stuff around a week after? Would they still consider this an EA app?

It just has to be postmarked by the 15th.

Yeah and a lot of schools’ deadlines for letters of rec are later than the actual app deadline anyways.
