Sending immunization records

I sent a copy of my records to shc already in that envelope they gave us. When you log onto shc's site, will the information under the immunizations section change? Because right now it looks like this:

Hepatitis B Vaccine #1 No Immunization Record
Hepatitis B Vaccine #3 No Immunization Record
Hepatitis B Vaccine #2 No Immunization Record
MMR Vaccine #1 No Immunization Record
MMR Vaccine #2 No Immunization Record

where do you find that?

i called the health office to confirm if they received it or not.

huh? we have to send our immunization records??

Were we supposed to get a letter or email about that?

found it -_-
[New Student Packet Forms](New Student Information | UCI Student Health Center)

How do you check if they got it online though?

Log in here https://osh.shs.uci.edu/osh/</a>
Then click on immunizations. I’m not sure if they update that section when they receive your records though. I’m just going to call like junshik.

huh its not letting me register for some reason.

Didn’t let me register either.

Call here: (949)824-5301

Listen to what it says for: student records, I think its 7.
They’ll tell you right away after you give your student ID #.

Thanks for posting that junshik. I called to check whether or not they got my records (which I sent quite a while ago), but I guess they haven’t put it in the computers yet.

The lady I talked to said that they’re going through quite a lot of them by hand so it might take a while. But she also reassured me that my registration would be fine. =/

No problem viatch, however I do recommend you call again any time soon. And though she may have reassured you that your registration would be fine, it can also turn out pretty ugly for you if its not in the computer by then.

I was able to register. What I did was added my first and middle name to the first name box. Then, you’ll get a password sent to your e-mail. Once you put in the username and given password, you can change the password and later enter your account.
