sending subject test scores

I am applying to Georgetown Regular Decision, I have already sent my 800 on the U.S. History and 780 on the Math II subject tests. I know Georgetown usually asks to see all the scores but when I logged in to the college board originally it let me avoid sending some less than stellar scores (Math I 670 and spanish 550... big time yikes). I took the literature test recently (740) so I need to send that anyway, should I send my bad subject test scores now too? I don't want to somehow make a mistake and get in trouble for not sending everything. Thanks!

I think if you send all of them it cant hurt you, they just disregard anything they didn’t ask for that isn’t your best work, but if you can figure out how to not send them, that would be best.

I’m freaking out because I got deferred, never sent in subject test scores, never took the two additional ones I have to take, and now don’t have time to take them in before the RD deadline. Does anyone know anything about this? What am I supposed to do in this situation?

wait, so you Have to take 3 subject tests for RD?

Three is the GU recommendation.

3 is technically just “recommended” though i definitely think having all 3 is better. send what you have and maybe see if you can take some at the january test date and rush the scores?

Three is recommended but I only sent in 2 and I got in EA. I don’t think they’ll ding you for not sending in all of your scores.

I believe they are more forgiving of only having two in the early round in which people often have not taken all three.

3 is recommended but that doesn’t seem to be the actual issue here- the thing you have to decide is whether or not to be honest, since georgetown doesn’t follow score choice. that means they want you to send in all your scores no matter what. if you wanted to, you could send in your 3 top scores and they’d probably have no way of knowing, but just be aware that you’d be risking breaking their rules and there might be negative consequences if somehow they found out.

in that case i’m definitely sending them all. i was just checking to see if i could avoid it legally since the score choice section says something about including a school’s scores policy in what it allows you to select. but you clarified that i think so thanks!
