Senior Year Couses

I am currently a junior, but want to know what I should take next year. I need help deciding between AP Statistics or AP Biology. In college, I would like to either take pre law or pre business. AP Bio sounds more appealing, but AP Stats is “easier” I’ve heard, although at my school the teacher isn’t too good and students struggle. I want some more opinions. Thanks for everything!
These are courses I am definitely taking:
AP US Government
AP Macroeconomics
AP Physics 1
Honors Calculus
NJROTC 4 Honors

You need to take an English class and a Foreign Language though.
Since you’re prelaw or prebusiness, both would matter more than an elective math or doubling in science.

I have maxed out on English classes and will also be taking French 3 Honors next year @MYOS1634

I am currently taking AP English Language. The only other English I could take is AP English Literature but I believe it would be a waste because I have learned you get the same credit for AP Language and AP Literature.

However colleges want to see 4 years of English, so if you don’t take AP Literature see if you can take dual enrollment English (seminar, speech, communication, comparative literature, etc…)
You’re good if you have French3 honors.

This is my fourth year of English. @MYOS1634 I might take an English elective (maybe speech) through dual enrollment, but most likely not AP Lit or an actual English class.

That’s fine. Speech through Dual Enrollment works. Classes such as Comparative Literature, Applied Writing (like technical writing), special seminars on specific topics, or Philosophy, also work.
Selective colleges want to see something “English” related senior year, even if you have 4 units of it already. However there is no obligation whatsoever to take AP Lit.

For prelaw or prebusiness, AP Stats will probably be much more relevant. Bio doesn’t have too much to do with either field, while statistic is key to business math.

Definitely take an english class…i would take AP Lit anyway. Not for credit, but for preparation for college.
I would take AP Bio…having sat on a jury where the lawyer clearly was not at all tech savvy to the detriment of his client, it is in your best interest to know as much as you can about as many different things as you can.
