Do any of the UCs actually care about your senior year grades assuming you get no Ds or Fs and maintain a 3.0 unweighted? I got all As first semester of my junior year, and should be getting all As and 1 B this semester. I have worked very hard this year, studying countless hours and getting little sleep. I am proud of myself, but I don’t want to go through this again next year. Am I 100% safe getting mostly Bs next year, or can they still rescind my admission if they want? I’m not saying I’m going to blow off my senior year, but I dont think it’s worth staying up until 2 am every night gratuitously…

AFTER you've been accepted, B average with no D's and F's maintains your admission. That is for both semesters senior year. As long as you hold to that, you are 100% safe, assuming you've already been admitted =)

Have fun your senior year. maintain 3.0 and youre good

so after im admitted, B average is fine...but what about before I am admitted? Do they look at my first quarter/semester grades? Pretty much, if my senior year grades have any impact on admissions, I'm going to keep working super hard...

they never get to see your senior year grades until after you graduate high school and send them your transcripts

then how do people get deferred in their senior year?

There are provisions for admitted students:
-must maintain an overall 3.0 GPA
-must not receive D or F in any A-G classes

Any changes to what was reported (class drops, adds, failing classes) must be reported asap, or you risk being kicked out of college after they find out in fall. (This should answer your question.) After you report it, the admissions committee will review the changes in context of your application and decide whether or not to rescind you, put you on a "academic probation", or simply let you slide.

If you report early enough, you may have more opportunities to NOT get your admission rescinded.

Accually Berkeley can ask for your Senior year grades. I had to fill out a questionare for them and one of the questions was my senior year grades for first semester. I think I was on the border line though
