Senior Year Grades

How important are quarter grades for individual classes in my senior year (in my high school the year is divided into quarters)? By a fluke, I accidentally slipped on a calc test and lost my chance to get an A in that class this quarter. Now usually I would have a chance to raise that up to an A in my final grade, but since colleges get midyear reports they see everything...

I didn't think it was too big of a deal, but this has been really irking me. So now you know my situation, basically my question comes down to this: how important are grades in your senior year anyways?

Lol... very important for the first semester... try to talk to your teacher...
I'm planning to drop all the AP IB courses for the next semester... colleges won't see =D

Well Harvard asks for a Final Year-End Report which includes all of your final grades. They reserve the right to revoke your admission if you have huge changes in your schedule/grade; dropping all AP and IB classes will be very very suspicious. We all wish we could but I would be careful

On a scale from 1-10, senior year grades are about as important as your left ventricle.

A "B" in one class for one quarter in my senior year is gonna come back to bite me that much?!

Am I supposed to assume that almost every Harvard applicant who gets accepted gets straight A's every quarter?
This is a problem... T_T

One "B" most likely won't kill you.
