My current schedule for my senior year is as follows:

Multivariate Calc (once a week for the year)
AP Chemistry
AP English
AP Government
AP Economics
Spanish 11H

But I need to decide between AP Biology and AP Statistics. I really want to learn both because I am always frustrated when I don't know something in those topics, but I can't fit both into my schedule.

I was thinking about taking one at school and one through a remote learning program like EPGY. Another alternative is to just self-study one to gain some proficiency. Which should I take in school?

which teacher do u like better/ learn more from?

No idea. At my school, I have so far not taken anything besides physics as far as science goes, and I have no idea about the AP Stat teacher.

if u havent taken ANY science at school... then u should take bio....

or did u transfer in in 11th grade?

I hear AP stats is on the easier side, so I would take bio and self-study stats

take ap bio if you want a science based career take stats if you want the easy way out

(I only took AP Statistics, not AP Biology)

If you are planning on doing ANY type of research at the University level, a course in Statistics will be very helpful. Also, it can help having a statistics background if you want to get a job/volunteer in a lab. Having not taken AP Bio, I can't speak as to the difficulty, but AP Statistics wasn't extremely difficult. I've used the skills gained from my stats class when working as a resarch intern at a Hospital. So, if you plan on researching as an undergraduate, I suggest Stats.

I was thinking of maybe taking bio in school and stat at a college. That would allow me to take stat with calculus right off the bat. Do I need to know regular stat as a prerequisite for a college-level introductory statistics class that uses calculus?

Bio is awesome, and if you have a great teacher like mine, you won't have to study for the exam :) If you haven't taken biology, it's really interesting. Stats is just dumb numbers and junk.

TROGDOR!!!
