Senior year

Hey guys, I am a 4.0 student and I am applying to very competitive schools such as Stanford and Ivies, I have been afraid that I might drop to a B in one of my classes, would that send red flags to colleges? Would one or two grade drops make me lose my credibility as a good student (Not on purpose but due to difficulty of the course).

No. Please, don’t obsess.

An Ivy or Stanford is not going to suddenly reject you because you got a B your senior year. If you were a borderline applicant, then maybe the B might be one piece of info that pushes them one way or the other – but it is just one piece of info, not the sole factor.
