<p>So I emailed the Harvard fileroom an application update earlier this week (before Thanksgiving), but I haven't received any confirmation email from them yet.</p>
<p>For anyone who emailed updates to their application to Harvard, have y'all gotten replies, automated or not?</p>
<p>This is kinda bugging me, because if they see the email too late, then most of the EA decisions will already have been made.</p>

<p>They also took a Thanksgiving break, I am pretty sure. Bugging them will not get them to consider your info, and could just annoy them… you sent it, now you need to let the process play out, IMHO.</p>
<p>Although the fileroom is supervised by adults, many of the staff are Harvard students and they were off last Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) through this Sunday. I imagine you will receive a confirmation email by the end of this week.</p>
<p>I had the same question. I sent in an application update hoping for some form of reply or confirmation of reception, but didn’t get any sort of email. I’m stressed! Harvard has been my dream school forever and I’m glad I applied REA. I am stressed out of my mind.</p>
