<p>inkspill - Thanks for taking the time to respond. Situations like yours perhaps account for the statement that LSA "Scholarships still available after January will be awarded on an ongoing basis." So, there is still hope. Does anyone else have any insight into either the LSA or Shipman scholarship process and where they are in them?</p>
<p>Shipman scholarship notices are still being sent out - got one in the mail today. (They must not have gotten my official decline yet).</p>
