Shoud I do anthing to my current school prior my transfer to UT-AUSTIN?

I was admitted and plan to transfer in spring 2016. And I still have scholarship & aid in my current school. Should I tell they that I transfer? Or just simply send the final transcript?

It would be common courtesy to tell your current school that you are transferring out. It will only take a phone call or email.
