Should I cut down on challenging classes?

Hi! I would like to know if I should lessen the level of difficulty that I am going to face in my junior year. I plan on taking the following classes:
AP Calculus AB
AP English Language and Composition
AP Chemistry
World History
Chamber Singers (highest level of choir)
French 4
In addition to these difficult classes, I participate in many after school activities, staying after school numerous hours daily. The cause of the struggle when trying to decide what I should take is that I have no idea of what I plan on studying in college. I have interest in all three AP Classes (calc not as much, but then I would have to go from hon pre-calc to int. math studies which doesn’t look very nice, especially if I decide to go into pre-med) but I am afraid I will have a legit panic attack from lacking sleep, gaining tons of stress, and the hours I put into after-school stuff. Will I be okay with these classes or should I take it a bit easier?

Lang isn’t hard. AB is less difficult than BC. Chem is a lot of work, but doable if you keep up.

World History is just regular, isn’t it? Not AP?

You’ll be fine!
