Hey everyone,

I'm currently a senior in high school. I have a 3.4 GPA with a pretty rigorous load in the context of my school. I took the ACT and got a score that's not close to the range of the schools I want to attend. So, I looked into the SAT and found that I was testing in the 50th percentile of the schools on my list(Emory, GTOWN, NYU.) I signed up for the December SAT and as fate would have it the car would not start. Needless to say I was late for the SAT and I am forced to take in in January. This is a huge problem because every school has deadlines in early January and I wont get my scores until February 8 or so(Jan 25 SAT.)

Would going to CC for 2 years be a good idea? I want to work more on my business that I already run since I want to go to B school in the future. My GPA is low as well so I want to prove to schools that I am capable of doing the work. During high school I knew good grades were important. I just didn't know Bs were almost as bad as Cs and Ds.

So far I have good letters of recommendation. I have a very well crafted Common APP essay and school specific ones as well. My GPA is the limiting factor for me.
