Should I go transfer to Grove School of Engineering or stay at Binghamton?

I recently moved into Binghamton to get on the pre-health track. I recently got an invitation to go back to Grover School of Engineering at CCNY. Money isn’t really an issue for me, however, staying at Binghamton costs me 8k per semester while going back to Grover would mean more money in my pocket (I can move back with my parents). I want to go to med school so I would like to know which option would give me better pre-med classes. I could go back after my first semester here at Binghamton. I just need some advice on what each option could provide for me and which decision would best help me reach my goals.

Eng’g is a tough gig as a premed.

What were your grades and classes last year at CCNY (is that a CC or a 4 year?)

I’m a freshman at Binghamton. I am trying to decide between Binghamton or Grove. Sorry for the way I phrased it.

@mom2collegekids -

CCNY is The City College of NY, a branch of CUNY, and is a 4 year school known for its engineering programs.

As for the OP, I am a firm believer in doing college for as little money out of pocket as possible, especially if you want to go to graduate school.
