So I feel that a resume would just look a lot better than what I had to scrunch into the activities. Just more professional ya know. (Honestly I wish they didn’t have the activities section at all and would just let you upload a resume)
However, if I were to submit a resume I would probably just be detailing my leadership positions (example: how I lead my mock trial team when we had no advisor) and my work for my school (did a lot of school promotions). I don’t have much further to say about my jobs other than what I’ve said on the activities section, just an office job and a cashier job. Maybe I could mention some art commissions I did.
I feel that I’ve gotten everything “necessary” out in the activities section. It’s just not as “digestible.” So should I really submit a resume?
Also I got the Bausch and Lomb Honorary Science Award. I don’t have many other awards so I definitely want to put it somewhere in my application. If I don’t put it in resume should I put it in honors or additional information? Maybe honors when I apply to URochester and additional when I apply to other colleges? I’m wondering if it would be in bad taste to flaunt another college’s award in their face.
