Should I include this in my continued interest letter?

I was waitlisted at georgetown this year, and after talking about what to do with my guidance counsellor, he suggested I write a continued interest letter. I also thought about getting a recommendation from him and a recommendation from a teacher of mine who understands the program I applied to and how i fit in to it. I also want to notify them of some awards that I have earned recently and some other important things I have been doing.

For the letter:
-I want to open by saying that although I am disappointed for not getting in I am honored that my application received careful consideration and made enough impact to earn a spot on the waitlist.
-THIS IS WHAT I AM QUESTIONING: should I mention where else I was accepted (Cornell, tufts, BC honors) and say that I am willing to turn down these brilliant programs in order to go to Georgetown

Should I add this part or leave it off? What do you suggest for the letter?
Any other strategies?

Just say that you’re guaranteed to go if accepted.
