Should I make undeclared liberal arts as my second major?

So I'm going to apply to UT Austin and I am very worried about getting in. I already posted a thread with my stats, but here they are again.
Asian Male
Rank: Top 15%
UW GPA: 3.85 ,W GPA: 4.1
SAT: 2130 (760 M, 630 CR, 740 W)
EC's: NHS, Red Cross Club, Invisible Children's, Recycling Club, Basketball Freshman year
Volunteer hours: By the time I apply, probably a little over 100 hours
Work Experience: A lot of work experience, lol, but only at one place

I want to go into pre-pharmacy, but I'm pretty sure that I won't make it. So I'm thinking about going into chemistry or biochemistry, because either major can get me into pharmacy school... but if I make pre-pharm my first major and I get rejected, isn't the probability of me getting rejected from another natural science higher than if I made undeclared my second major? I want to become a pharmacist, but I also really want to get into UT. What do y'all think?

I wouldn’t worry about getting rejected from natural sciences. natural sciences, like liberal arts, is open to all admitted students and does not have a certain fixed number of students allowed within it. That being said, pre-pharmacy isn’t a major, it’s just like pre-med in the sense that you have to take certain courses in order to apply for the pharmacy school (i know because my roommate is pre-pharm).

Also, your stats look really good. The class rank isn’t in the top 10%, which might hurt you if you were applying to the business or engineering schools, but for natural sciences, I’d say that your SAT scores and ECs should suffice to get you in. Good Luck! if there’s anything else I can help you with message me.
