Should I retake SAT?

First time 2250, second time 2280, SS 2290. 760+ in all sections. Taking ACT in September. I scored 2350, 2370, 2370, 2400, 2400 on 5 practice SAT's. Don't know why or how I mess up on like 2 questions in every section on test day.

Looking at Dartmouth ED, UChicago, Caltech

Any advice is appreciated!

I scored 240 PSAT, if that information helps

That score places you above average at all those schools. Go work on your essays. A 60 point increase is not going to help you very much.

You’re fine! Honestly good scores can only get you so far. I’ve seen countless students being rejected with perfect SAT scores and perfect GPA’s. Colleges want well rounded students, so make sure your essays showcase your broadness and your personality. Stats wise - you’re fine and I wouldn’t put yourself through another day of testing. Its not worth it with how high up your scores are already. Work on the other stuff to make sure that the college knows you’re not just numbers! It will all work out, and good luck with everything!

The main difference between practice test and the real test could be the essay score. My D also received 2300+ in practice test consistently but ended up getting <2300 in the real test. On the other hand, her ACT score is pretty much the same as her practice score as the essay score is separated.
Anyway, I don’t think you need to spend more time on retaking SAT. If you have already signed up for ACT, go for it. I would suggest you to spend more time on the application and essay. Also, make sure you have fulfilled the SAT2 requirements.
