Should I retake the SAT?

Hello.
The December SAT scores just came out, and I have a dilemma: Should I retake the SAT for the third time? Let me present my score changes from October to December.
Writing: 700 => 730
Critical Reading: 720 => 800
Math: 770 => 690
My superscore is now 2300, but what concerns me is the drop in my math score. Would that 80 pt drop be considered a “red flag”?

Overall, I am just debating whether I should retake the SAT. Is it worth my time and effort (and blood, sweat, and tears) to study for it the third time? If I retake, I will be taking the last old SAT in January, so I don’t have much time to prepare.
I understand that many elite schools consider only the superscore. Is 2300 superscore considered competitive at elite schools? Also, are my composite scores acceptable for (higher-ranking) UCs that require all scores to be submitted? I know SAT scores not everything, but they are definitely an important cutline.
Sorry for all these questions, but I would really appreciate any insights and advice you might have to offer. Thank you!

No. Your scores are amazing. Virtually every college superscores now. I don’t see a problem here. Your score is excellent. No,idea why you would consider taking again in Jan. you might do worse. Taking the test twice is fine. DONT retake. Relax a bit, you have earned it.

Omigosh, thank you so much for the reassurance! And thank you for saying that I have “earned it” – that means a lot to me :’)
