Should I send a letter of recommendation?

My stats and scores are below IUs standards (3.37W and 1170 new SAT). Would sending a LOR slightly help me out or not at all?

I don’t see why it would hurt, but you really should have gotten your application in by the November 1 deadline

Oh okay. If you can get someone to write you a letter, you might as well try. There’s a chance it won’t get there in time though if you have already applied
